We are reliant on our fulfilment partners and their shipping companies to deliver your items during the busiest time of the year. Due to a much higher than average number of parcels being shipped (October-December) and the slight delays in making your items, we cannot guarantee delivery of your items in time for Christmas. However, we want to make that as likely as possible for you.

Following steps 1-3 (below) will give you the best chance of receiving your items before 25th December.

STEP #2

Check the product/s you would like to order can be shipped via Express Line Shipping here. Also please check the delivery cut-off dates as mentioned. If the cut-off date has not passed, please continue to Step #3.

 

STEP #3

Add the items to your shopping cart, then proceed to our secure checkout to pay for your goods. We'll process your order within the next 24 hours.

We cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping, or for losses or damages to the goods during shipping. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ITEMS? 

Most items in our store are hand crafted and made to order by our talented production teams. Therefore, our items may take longer to deliver than those purchased from a typical online retailer. Their mass produced goods are likely sitting in a warehouse and ready to ship out immediately. Most customers think it is easily worth the wait as they absolutely LOVE their items!

On average it takes us 5-10 business days to make your items before we ship them to you. To give an example, if you order an Express Line product you can expect delivery of your goods 15-20 days after the date you placed your order.

 

Express Shipping Times:

• USA: 5-10 Business Days

• UK / Canada / Australia: 5-10 Business Days

• Rest of The World: (not all countries eligible): 5-10 Business Days

 

Standard Shipping Times:

• USA: 10-20 Business Days

• UK / Canada / Australia: 14-21 Business Days

• Rest of The World: 20-45 Business Days

PARCEL TRACKING

An email with tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your goods have been dispatched. Typically, you'll receive your tracking information 7-10 business days after the date you placed your order.

Tracking numbers may take up to 5 working days to display data for U.S. orders, and up to 10 working days to display data for International orders.

If you've not received your tracking number 12 business days after the date you placed your order, please contact us. Our friendly customer support team will gladly provide you with the latest information on your order.

MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERED MAY COME IN SEPARATE PACKAGES

If you have ordered multiple different items they will often be shipped to you in separate packages, and from different warehouses. This is due to logistical reasons. We have fulfilment partners in the US and Asia, so each package will have a unique tracking number to allow you to track your items individually. Your packages will usually arrive on different days, and can arrive several days or up to 2-3 weeks apart.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE DELIVERY OF MY ITEMS BY A SPECIFIC DATE?

If you need your items delivering in time for a specific date, we recommend ordering your items well in advance. Please note, we unfortunately cannot make any promises or guarantees that your items will arrive when you want them. However, we do guarantee that you will receive your items or else be offered replacement goods or a refund in accordance with our Return Policy here.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?

As of now, Cash on Delivery payments are not available.

 

WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR OTHER TAXES?

Potentially (but not usually). Every country's import rules are complex, different and can change frequently. As we ship to most countries worldwide, we are unable to know how much (if any) these fees are.

Although it's not our responsibility to pay for such fees, we like to go above and beyond with customer satisfaction. Therefore, in the rare event you did receive any fees please send us a photo of your customs receipt clearly showing the date and the item/s you ordered from us. We'll refund you that amount (but no more).

Please Note: We only extend this offer to customers buying from us the first time. So, if you've shopped with us before, you'll be responsible for paying any future duties.

For further information, we recommend contacting your local postal service to request information on your countries charges and duties. Please note, we will not falsify any custom's forms.

 

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE CHARGED CUSTOMS DUTIES OR OTHER TAXES

(1) Please pay the requested amount.

(2) Take a well lit photo of the receipt clearly showing the amount, and that it has been paid in full. If you have access to a scanner, please scan your receipt as it will produce a clearer image than a smartphone, tablet or similar device. Please scan your receipt at 150-200 dots per inch (dpi).

(3) Email the scan (or photo) of your receipt along with your name, order number and a brief message to: support@geargateway.net. Please use the subject line "Customs Fees Refund Request".

When we've verified your information, we’ll send you a payment to cover your fees (but no more) within 24-48 hours and notify you via email.

 

ITEM NOT DELIVERED

The vast majority of goods are delivered successfully, and will arrive at the customer's door 2-4 weeks after the date they placed their order. On rare occasions however, parcels are lost in transit or delayed in customs for no apparent reason.

In the rare event you did not receive your items within the shipping times stated, we sincerely apologise. We want to reassure you that we will resolve your issue. Kindly follow Steps 1-4 below.

 

STEP #1:

Double check the shipping and delivery times against the date you placed your order. This is to make sure you have not contacted us before the expected delivery date. If the expected delivery date has passed, please continue to Step #2.

 

STEP #2:

Check your shipping confirmation (or receipt) email to make sure you supplied the correct shipping address to us. If you discover your shipping address is incorrect, we'll gladly send replacement goods. However, you will be responsible for paying for the goods. It is always the customer's responsibility to supply correct shipping information. If your shipping information is correct, please continue to Step #3.

 

STEP #3:

Contact your local post office (or sorting office) to enquire if they are holding your parcel. They may have attempted delivery while your were out and forgotten to leave you a note. If they are not holding your parcel, please continue to Step #4.

 

STEP #4:

Kindly send an email message to our customer support team at: support@geargateway.net

So we can assist your to the best of our ability, kindly provide us with the following information:

 

• Name

• Order number

• Order date

• Brief description of the goods you ordered.

 

A member of our customer support team will reply to your message within 24-48 hours (weekends excluded).

 

EXPRESS LINE SHIPPING COUNTRIES (DELIVERY ESTIMATE 5-10 DAYS)

Any products you order that qualify for Express Line Shipping will usually be shipped by a carrier such as DHL or FedEx. If your country is not listed below and you order a product with Express Line Shipping, your goods will be delivered via Standard Shipping with a delivery estimate of 20-45 days.
